End User Agreement

Our Terms and Conditions are very simple (we hate long-winded terms, just as you do!)

On agreeing to a Toolbox website, the following will apply ..

1. You are not obliged to continue with the website hosting if you are not happy and we only require a month's notice to terminate your agreement.

2. You agree not to use the web service for any material that is offensive, such as (but not limited to) pornography, violence and any other material that might cause offense.

3. We retain the right to terminate this agreement if our terms are not met.

4. You agree to pay the monthly fee for as long as you require the service. If we do not receive payment when due, we will remind you and if we still do not receive a payment, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and delete the site and its contents.

5. If the agreement is terminated, your website will no longer be available and the data (web pages and the contents) will be deleted and will not be retrievable.

6. You are responsible for renewing your domain name when it is due for renewal.
